Here’s what you can do to help us if that happens.
Steps 1-4 show the local settings on an iOS device. This helps give us important data in the background.
Steps 5 & 6 show how to reach out to us personally with any important details.
1. Go to the “Settings” of your device.
2. Scroll down and click on “Privacy."
3. Scroll down and click on “Diagnostic and Usage."
4. Turn on “Automatically Send” and “Share with App Developers."
This makes it really easy on you to not have to think about it, and it’s safe.
5. In the menu of your AWARE app please click “Feedback.”
6. Give it a nice subject line, then please be as detailed as possible about what was happening when your app quit.
